Cancellation policy

Subscriptions renew on the 20th every other month(Feb, April, June, August,October,December). If you subscribe today, your method of payment will be charged immediately at checkout. Your box will renew on the 20th every other month) 

Once renewals process, they cannot be canceled. Be sure to update your subscription status or address before your next renewal date.

To pause, skip or cancel:

To edit your subscription, visit http://account.owl-baskets.com

Login using the same email address you used for your order. After you login, click, "My Subscriptions". Click on the subscription you'd like to edit.

From here, you’ll be able to update payment methods or addresses, skip or pause boxes, and cancel.
